Bonique Edwards is a certified speaker, trainer and consultant on multicultural issues, organizational development and group dynamics. She specializes in teambuilding, employee empowerment and conflict resolution for the workforce.

Bonique has 10 years of experience in mediation training coupled with three years in Human Resources Management. Bonique's training style is unique because her workshops are interactive and rely on group participation as the key component of the training.

Some of clients Bonique has partnered with are: State Farm Insurance, The City of San Diego and The Brentwood School. Bonique received her BA degree from UCLA and currently is a guest lecturer at Loyola Marymount University.
