Chris Nayve is a trainer and facilitator, and the Assistant Director for the Office
for Community Service-Learning at the University of San Diego. He holds a bachelors
degree in History and is completing a joint graduate degree in business and law.
By incorporating team building, conflict resolution, diversity/inclusion, and
leadership development, Chris works with students, faculty, staff, and community
members to address pressing social issues.
Chris has worked with the United Nations in Bosnia and traveled through Western and Eastern Europe. Chris also worked with
a program sponsored by the U.S. Housing and Urban Development to strengthen the
partnership between USD and the Linda Vista Community.
Originally from the Philippines, Chris was raised in Los Angeles and served five years with the United States Navy as a
medic. Chris' style and approach help to bring people together through their differences
and similarities.
