Christopher Wilson is a trainer and consultant who brings a
wealth of human relations experience to Jones and Associates Consulting, Inc.
His travels, education, and training provide him with the essential skills
to understand today's workplace environment. Living abroad has allowed Christopher
to not only experience different cultures and social environments, but to also
appreciate the similarities that exist within each. He has resided in South Korea
and Great Britain, as well as several different regions of the United States.
Christopher holds a Bachelors degree in History and Ethnic Studies from the University
of San Diego, where he was the first African American Student Body President in university
history. He was also a key member of the university's committee tasked with the development
and implementation of a university-wide plan for diversity and inclusion. As a former marine
and engineer, Chris also has a practical understanding of leadership principles and theory.
Christopher's educational and professional background, combined with his training as a
Human Relations Workshop Co-Director, enable him to facilitate training and strategic planning
in the areas of human communication, diversity and inclusion, conflict resolution, and combating
oppression. Christopher successfully works with managers, program directors, and individuals across
all levels of client organizations.
