Intef W. Weser, M.A. is a trainer and consultant with Jones & Associates Consulting, Inc. He earned a B.A. in Africana Studies and an M.A. in Education with an emphasis in Multi-cultural Counseling. Intef is a skilled trainer and consultant in issues of oppression, leadership development, teambuilding through culture and diversity, and organizational effectiveness.

He is the Executive Director of Culture Plunge: Culture and Diversity Consultants, Assistant Director for Campus Involvement at California State University, Los Angeles, and founder of C.E.O. of his own corporation.
