We understand that K-12 educational institutions have a special role and responsibility in accomplishing that mission. J&A, Inc. leverages its experience in consulting, training, and coaching across multiple industries and organizations to enhance the success of these K-12 special projects.

Arms of Support
Arms of Support is a Jones & Associates Consulting, Inc. sponsored program for San Diego high school women. We aim to provide a safe and supporting environment by allowing young women to discuss personal and social issues. This program promotes self-respect and empowerment to achieve academic, social, and personal success.

Brentwood High School Senior Class Retreat
This project focuses on helping high school seniors to build healthy relationships, understand diversity and practice inclusion, and prepare for their adult life as responsible members of our society. This program serves as a transition for students who are going off to college, or beginning their life as working adults.

AVID "Keys to Success" Summer Program
Is a summer program consisting of a set of workshops designed to reduce prejudice, provide career development, and foster youth empowerment for 9^th graders in San Diego City Schools.

Academy for Urban School Leadership
This Chicago-based program provides the necessary tools for teachers and graduate student residents to develop a mentoring relationship with each other, consider diversity and inclusion issues in the classroom, and form a partnership to provide the best educational opportunities for their students.
