Licia Busso is the Vice-President of Jones & Associates Consulting, Inc. and she specializes in organizational development and diversity consulting and training.

Licia holds a doctorate degree and masters degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and she has designed and implemented mentoring, diversity training, conflict resolution, career planning, coaching, team-building, and organizational change programs in both the public and private sectors.

Licia was born in Argentina and she brings an international and bilingual perspective to the field of diversity, change management, learning styles, group dynamics, and organizational effectiveness.
